Sound familiar?
Something deeper is going on, even if you can’t explain it.
Do you have pain that doesn’t completely go away, or seems to move around?
Do you have back or bladder issues that seem related to stress?
Are you frustrated because you can't get back to the activities you love?
What if I told you that the obstacle is not just one missing piece?
THE CONNECTION
It’s not one problem you’re feeling. It’s all part of a system.
There is a structural system in your body that, when working properly, allows a thousand other things to fall into place.
This is your core cylinder system.
The concept of the core is abstract. It's ab muscles, right? Yes, but it's also muscles that seem to have nothing to do with your "core." Like:
- your diaphragm – your breathing muscle
- your pelvic floor – supports your organs
- your back muscles – support your spineÂ
When this system is healthy: hips work better, digestion improves, pain decreases, and you feel grounded and strong.
The course
Learn how it works.Â
Get it working.
The core is complicated, but I've made it simple to understand. And simple for you to get it back into working shape.
All you need is about 30 minutes on a mat, in a space of your choice. I'll guide you through the rest.
Over 6 classes, you'll learn:
- how the core system works
- simple practices to improve its healthÂ
- lifelong tools that you can come back to, time and time again
The practices are simple, but they are also effortful. You'll walk away feeling noticeably more stable, energized and light on your feet.
I built this course because I get what you’re going through.
Hello! I'm Dr. Sandi Russom. I'm a physical therapist and yoga therapist who specializes in the spine and pelvis. I have spent the last 20 years working with people in central Texas with back and pelvic issues.
Also, I live with a chronic back condition. So I understand the ins and outs, personally and professionally. I've lived it and studied it.
The practices in the Core Connection are the same tools I use with my clients and in my own life. And now I want to share them with you!
